简单说下规则吧：
首先阐述下一个定义：
领地竞拍日：这一天开始竞拍
竞拍领地收集日：一般是领地竞拍日前一周，收集所有非活跃或者弃坑的领地。
1、一个工会一次只能拥有和竞拍一个领地。
2、只有3级以上工会才能竞拍和拥有领地。
3、如果工会拥有领地，但是没有人了，这个领地会变成无主的，下次竞拍的时候将回收进行竞拍。
4、在领地竞拍收集日前6个月内如果只有2个或者更少的人登录（按照账户算，也就是两个账户），那么这个领地将被认为是不活跃的，也会在下次竞拍时候回收。
5、如果弃坑或者非活跃工会领地被回收，领地内所有东西都会被摧毁。
6、工会会长如果45天以上不上线，会长职位将自动移交给第二个工会等级的会员（须在7天内上线至少一次）。
Due to the complications experienced during the most recent Haven World auction, we have revised and updated Haven World rules to make it clear to Haven World owners and eager bidders, what the rules and conditions for bidding and owning a Haven World are.
As Haven Worlds are feature reserved for active guilds, if Haven Worlds are left abandoned or inactive, they will be relisted for auction at the next available auction. But what constitutes an active, inactive or abandoned Haven World?
- Active – If 3 or more guild members from different accounts have logged in to the game within the last 6 months from the Haven World data collection date (normally 1 week before the date of the Haven World auction).
- Inactive – If only 2 (or less) guild members from different accounts have logged in to the game within the last 6 months from the Haven World data collection date (normally 1 week before the date of the Haven World auction), the guild is considered inactive and will be relisted for the next Haven World auction.
- Abandoned – If a guild, which owns a Haven World, ceases to exist because it no longer has any members or is disbanded, the Haven World will find itself without an owner and thus become listed for the next Haven World auction.
To allow preparations to be made, we will alert players of Haven World auction and data collection times prior.
It’s worth mentioning that a guild leader is removed from their position after 45 days of inactivity (not logging in once). The guild member who holds the second highest rank (and was active within 7 days) will automatically be assigned the guild leader position.
The Haven World rules are, as follows:
- A guild can only own, and bid, on one Haven World at a time.
- Only guilds of guild level 3 and over can bid on and own a Haven World.
- If a guild, which owns a Haven World, ceases to exist because it no longer has any members or is disbanded, the Haven World will find itself without an owner and thus become listed for the next Haven World auction.
- If only 2 or less guild members from different accounts have logged into the game within the last 6 months of the Haven World data collection date, the guild will be considered inactive and for auction at the next Haven World auction.
- If an abandoned or inactive guild loses ownership of their Haven World, all buildings, monsters, items and decorations within that Haven World will be destroyed.
It is the responsibility of the guild’s leader and members to maintain their activity and commitment to the Haven World. Failure to adhere to the rules listed above can result in the loss of Haven Worlds and the items within those Haven Worlds.
